Yes, all new arrivals go through a mandatory quarantine period for a minimum of 7 days before leaving the facility. We will not ship sick, struggling, nor stressed fish.
We offer a replacement on the next order for any livestock that show up dead on arrival (DOA), and up to 24 hours thereafter.
No, we will never send fish not asked for unless requested first.
Yes, you can make special order requests with our sales team, though many species asked for may be unavailable or difficult to find at any given time . We also offer Trans shipping so you can order directly from our international suppliers.
We get a number of shipments in a month, it depends on our suppliers availability and the season. There are no exact set dates for each order, we do however let you know when new orders are expected in.
